ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency 25 years ago, after starting my career with State Farm back in February of 1989. I grew up locally in the Bellevue area, earned my Economics degree from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, and stayed active growing up playing basketball and soccer. Today, I’m a proud parent of two grown kids who live nearby, and we also have two dogs that keep life fun.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Becky Schuler - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
