Our State Farm Insurance office is looking for a long term motivated, dependable Team Member who wants to grow with us, support customers with care, and help our agency thrive.
ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Service Representative What You’ll Do
Follow up and keep things on track so customer requests, appointments, and tasks don’t slip through the cracks
Provide friendly, people-first support to customers and help them feel taken care of
Assist with light selling and customer communications, including guiding customers to the right coverage options
Help with office growth initiatives—supporting marketing efforts, outreach, and day-to-day business development
Support office operations, including administrative coordination and ensuring the team has what it needs
Pitch in wherever needed, with a positive attitude and a team mentality
you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
