Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative with our agency, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients. You will support the agency by assisting with customer needs, policy inquiries, and account management, all while contributing to the growth and success of the team. Responsibilities
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
Assist customers with billing questions, policy changes, claims, and coverage explanations.
Proactively reach out to customers to review accounts and identify opportunities for additional covered or improved service.
Maintain detailed and organized customer records in agency systems.
Support sales and marketing initiatives to promote State Farm products and services.
Collaborate with the team to meet individual and agency goals.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Requirements
1 year of customer service or related experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, professional attitude.
Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow up effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Dedicated to customer service.
Property & Casualty license preferred but not required (must be able to obtain if not currently licensed).
