ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2023 after a career that spans law enforcement, automotive leadership, and ultimately State Farm. I spent 13 years as a police officer before transitioning into the auto industry, where I finished as a general manager for Hyundai. While working as a used car manager, State Farm initially recruited me, and five years later I reached back out, ready to make the shift into agency ownership. I wanted the opportunity to build my own business, create my own culture, and invest in people the same way I always had as a leader. Our team currently includes two members, and we’re focused on growing the right way.
I attended the University of Cincinnati for criminal justice before entering the police academy, and I’m married with three daughters who keep life busy and full. I’m a huge sports fan — especially when it comes to the Bengals — and I stay involved locally as a member of the chamber of commerce. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
