Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as needed.
Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about their insurance options.
Assist the agent in managing the office website and social media content.
