As a Customer Service Representative with Brian Robinson Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Properly process auto and fire applications.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Make outbound calls to enhance the customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have current Illinois property, casualty and life licenses.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous insurance industry customer service experience preferred.
