ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Russ Vorhis - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

I have been a State Farm agent since 1997.
I am a proud graduate of Florida State University.
