ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 after spending more than five years as a State Farm team member, giving me firsthand experience and a strong foundation in the insurance industry. Today, I lead a close-knit team of three, including two in-office team members and one remote team member. Outside of work, I'm the proud parent of three young children, so I understand the importance of balancing career, family, and long-term goals.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with James Bolte - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
