I opened my agency in 2010 after previously working for another State Farm agent. I'm married with three children, a proud dog owner, and family is at the center of everything I do. ROLE DESCRIPTION:As a
Customer Service Representative with Rebekah Shapiro Gonzalez - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Must be currently licensed (Property/Casualty and Life/Health)
- Prior State Farm experience preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
