ABOUT OUR AGENCY:I’ve worked in the insurance industry since 2008 and have been representing State Farm since 2014. Today, I lead a growing team of 12 across our Chandler and Phoenix locations. I earned my MBA from Grand Canyon University and have built my agency around providing exceptional service while creating meaningful career opportunities for the people on my team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Adam Gettys - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
