Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

We're a growing State Farm agency in Riverside looking for a friendly, motivated and dependable team member who enjoys working with people and wants to build a professional career.
 
This position combines customer service and sales, so you should be comfortable talking with customers, following up and asking for their business.


What You'll Do

• Assist existing customers with policy and billing needs
• Follow up with warm leads and prospective customers
• Prepare quotes and discuss coverage options
• Identify additional customer needs and recommend solutions
• Build customer relationships through consistent follow-up
• Work toward individual and team sales goals

Licensing Requirement


A California Property & Casualty insurance license is required OR you must be willing and able to obtain one within 60 days of starting.
