As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll create exceptional experiences that support the growth of our successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and strong customer service skills will help you build and maintain lasting relationships. You’ll resolve inquiries, collaborate with team members and partners, and anticipate the needs of the community we serve.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist and answer customer inquiries and provide policy information, policy changes and updates, and maintain accurate records.
- Engage pivoting to other State Farm products
- Support individual and team office goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- State Farm Insurance experience 1-3 yrs, fully licensed.
- Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and knowledgeable about insurance products.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in customer interactions.
