Our agency opened in 2010 and has grown into a high-performing team of 19 across two offices. We’ve built a strong reputation by focusing on both results and relationships, creating an environment where team members can thrive and grow.
I’m a graduate of Pacific Lutheran University, married with three children and two grandchildren. ROLE DESCRIPTION:As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Melanie Bakala - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.

- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
