ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Pedriena Wheeler - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Proficiently interact with customers on behalf of the company
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Reach out to customer leads through warm, referral, and cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Be a part of a group under a Fortune 100 conglomerate
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Provide quotes for customers
  • Continuously improve through feedback
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Customer care skills
  • Proven work experience as client - customer service representative
  • Proven direct sales experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Willing to become licensed in Life/Health and bank certified
