ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative at Rachel Johnson Insurance Agency Inc, you are expected to provide quality customer service while also uncovering and reviewing proper asset protection. Attention to detail, customer service skills, and the desire to help people are all attributes we are looking for. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

We anticipate internal multi-line growth opportunities for driven and sales-minded candidates. You must be extroverted, love talking and building rapport while also placing the needs of our customers first. After 3 months of employment a base salary assessment will be conducted to increase pay with additional earning opportunities. Monday-Thursday we are in-office while Friday's we work remotely.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Assist with insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Host insurance and financial reviews.
• Multi-Line and Pivoting to additional products offered by State Farm during needs-based conversations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• MUST HOLD A Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license through the state of Virginia with the mindset additional licenses will be required and paid for by the agency.
• MUST BE BILINGUAL: Due to agency growth, it is imperative that you are proficient in both English AND Spanish.
• Communication and interpersonal skill.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Extroverted and ambitious
• Hybrid of service and sales; focused on agency growth while keeping customer retention 
• Must bring positive energy to the team
