ROLE DESCRIPTION:As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Zach Fuhrmann - State Farm Agent, you’ll be the friendly voice our customers rely on and often the first impression of our agency. You’ll help customers navigate their insurance needs, answer questions with confidence, and provide exceptional service that builds lasting relationships.
