ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Patricia Bryson-Wink - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

We look forward to connecting with you if you are the ideal customer-focused and empathetic team member we are searching for. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. The base pay is $15 per hour, but the expectation—and opportunity—is that the majority of your income will come from commissions based on sales performance. Team members who meet only the minimum expectations typically earn a minimum of $50,000 annually, with significant potential for growth beyond that. If you're motivated by sales results and want more control over your own income, then this may be a good fit for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain insurance licenses
