As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Linda DeSpain - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Our Agency has a great Office with a beautiful view overlooking the Las Colinas Country Club Golf Course.  In addition, our Agency is ranked in the TOP 100 Producing Agencies in the USA out of some 19,000 State Farm Agencies.  We also promote from within and we have helped many of Our Team Members gain their own State Farm Agency.  If you are hardworking and ambitious joining Our Team will be a decision you won't ever regret. 

In addition, after the CSR's one-year employment anniversary it is an option to get on the Career Track of becoming a State Farm Agency Owner Agent.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Process request for Quotes
• Cross Sell P&C, Life, Health and Financial Products 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must have some insurance experience 
• Must have Texas General Lines Insurance License - will assist in getting licenses
