ROLE DESCRIPTION:As a Customer Service Representative at Valentine State Farm, your job is to generate an exceptional experience that reinforces the growth of a successful insurance agency. We are looking for someone with attention to detail, great customer service skills, and a desire to help others. RESPONSIBILITIES:- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.

QUALIFICATIONS:- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask is a must.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
