I’ve been in business for 22 years, and my husband is an agent as well. We operate two offices, but we function as one unified team — every team member works together toward a shared goal. That collaboration is a big part of what makes our agency special. We have an amazing, capable, and genuinely caring team of 10 people who support one another and take pride in the work we do.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kathy Modesitt - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
