ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a licensed customer service/sales support team member with Dahline Fin and Ins Svcs, representing State Farm products, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance, financial services business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Assist with daily office operations
• Assist business owner with projects, events and community interaction
• Assist with quoting needed products

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred in a business office environment
• Ability to complete business hiring assessment
• Ability to become fully licensed if not already in Auto/Home/Life/Health in any of these 3 States: IN/OH/KY
