Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding service while assisting with policy servicing, answering questions, resolving issues, and supporting our sales team. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience, we’d love to meet you.


Key Responsibilities
·         Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, and in person.
·         Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and coverage inquiries.
·         Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and other policy service requests accurately and efficiently.
·         Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
·         Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met.
·         Identify opportunities to educate clients about additional insurance and financial products that may benefit them and refer qualified   opportunities to the appropriate team member.
·         Schedule appointments and support daily office operations.
·         Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience.
·         Stay current on company products, procedures, and compliance requirements.


Qualifications
·         High school diploma or equivalent required.
·         Previous customer service experience is preferred
·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·         Strong organizational and time management abilities.
·         Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
·         Comfortable learning and using computer systems and agency technology.
·         Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
