ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2011, and today we’ve grown into a strong, successful team of 21. Before becoming an agent, I served as a Corporate Vice President, and I brought that foundation in leadership and business into building the agency I run today. I earned my B.A. from the University of Utah and my M.B.A. from Western Governors University. I’m also a proud dad of six and grandfather to seven, and I love cars, traveling, and creating memorable experiences with my family.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Scott Smith - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
