One of the fastest-growing HOA management companies in Northern California is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Stockton, CA! A successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service to multiple homeowners' associations. This is a full-time, non-exempt, in-office position based in Stockton, CA, MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:30 PM. Pay range is $20$22/hour; direct experience is strongly preferred.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Resolve inbound calls and respond to email correspondence with professionalism and a customer-first approach
  • Coordinate and monitor work orders for community maintenance and repairs, ensuring accurate tracking and proactive follow up.
  • Track and manage architectural applications submitted by homeowners
  • Manage building key/gate remote distributions
  • Prepare reports, bid documentation and other material.
  • Compose and type routine correspondence to residents, service providers and other parties
  • Type, distribute, and track monthly violation letters
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from residents, realtors, mortgage lenders, title companies and owners regarding resale information, insurance matters and miscellaneous requests other than financial matters.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication Bilingual is a plus+
  • High school Diploma or Equivalent
  • Adept in Microsoft Office 365, Teams, CRM Software & SharePoint
  • A professional phone presence and the ability to handle complex interpersonal dynamics and respond to client needs
  • Strong organization and multitasking abilities
  • Operates with a high level of autonomy while maintaining a collaborative team-oriented approach.
  • Experience with an HOA management company, property management, real estate or escrow services +
  • Be able to provide proof of a valid driver's license and appropriate vehicle insurance
