Customer Service Representative

Meador, an Openwork Company, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative in Sulphur, LA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional customer service, assisting students with the check-in process, answering questions, and helping ensure a smooth and positive experience for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process for students
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions or concerns
• Assist with company inquiries and scheduling issues
• Maintain confidentiality regarding student information
• Provide professional, friendly, and high-quality customer service
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude
• Assist other departments as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs and internet browsers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
• Willingness to assist in different departments as needed
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused

Additional Information:

Location: Sulphur, LA 70663
Pay Rate: $14.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
