Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour

Schedules:
- AM Shift: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- PM Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Weekend : Saturday – Tuesday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
About the Opportunity
Sparta Networking is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join a growing team in the travel and hospitality industry. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity offering paid training, consistent scheduling, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and assist with travel-related inquiries
- Help customers with reservations, scheduling, and account questions
- Provide accurate information and professional customer support
- Follow established procedures and service guidelines
- Document customer interactions and update records as needed
- Assist in resolving customer concerns in a timely manner
- Support daily operations and contribute to a positive team environment
Qualifications- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, dependable, and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be at least 18 years of age
No previous travel or hospitality experience is required. Paid training will be provided.

- AM Shift: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- PM Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Weekend Shift: Saturday – Tuesday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
