Tampa Bay Collective is growing and looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Tampa team.


This is a face-to-face position working directly with customers at retail and event locations. You’ll represent client campaigns, answer questions, provide a positive customer experience, and help connect customers with the products and services that best fit their needs.


What You’ll Do

•  Speak with customers in person and provide friendly, professional service 
•  Answer questions and explain client products, services, and promotions 
•  Build rapport and create a positive customer experience 
•  Support customer acquisition and sales goals 
•  Work alongside the team to achieve daily targets 
•  Take part in ongoing training and coaching

What We’re Looking For


We’re looking for someone who is friendly, confident, reliable, and comfortable speaking with new people.


Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or another customer-facing role is preferred, but we’re also open to candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.


This is a full-time, fully on-site position in Tampa, FL. Remote and hybrid options are not available.
