We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Tarentum, PA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a structured and fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and communication.
As a key point of contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers, you will play an important role in supporting patient care and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers and manage incoming telephone inquiries professionally and compassionately
- Process orders and maintain accurate information within medical software systems
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with obtaining authorizations when needed
- Collect and organize required medical documentation
- Accept payments and maintain accurate records
- Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members to support efficient daily operations and excellent customer service

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college credits or degree preferred).
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook and Internet applications.
