- This is a full -time position (40 hours per week).
- The position is NOT HYBRID or REMOTE. All training and after training work is on-site only. The work site is in Flushing, NY.
- The salary is $20 per hour (non-negotiable). Training is 13 weeks (Tues Sat, 10 am -7 pm).
- If this is the applicants first time applying to us, he/she will be required to complete and successfully pass the Virtual Job Tryout (assessment test) to move forward in the application process.
- If reapplying and the applicant took the test less than 6 months ago, the applicant will need to click on the link sent to them and their previous score will be imported into the new requisition. If the applicant did not pass the test, he/she will be eligible to reapply in 6 months.
- Also, all hires must submit to and clear a background check prior to starting the position.
- After training work schedules will be discussed after clearing background and prior to the hiring date. It should be noted that typically the after-training work hours are shifts (9 hours) scheduled between 11 am - 10 pm.

- The minimum qualifications are:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- The preferred qualifications are:
- 6 months or more customer service experience.
- 1 year or more working with computers and multiple software applications.
- 6 months or more heavy volume phone experience in a customer service/call center job.
- Ability to ensure every customer interaction is a positive one.
- Under pressure, remaining calm, cool, and positive.
- Requires exuding patience, empathy, and the ability to listen; and
- Having a knack for making informed decisions.S
