Purpose of the Job
Contribute to the achievement of company goals and objectives by providing prompt, courteous customer service for the ProLink product line. Ensure accuracy of order input and maintenance of customer records.
Tasks and Duties – EssentialFunctions
• Courteously and accurately accept customer orders by phone, mail, and/or fax. Prepare written orders according to proper specifications.
• Determine "bricklaying" (calculation of pieces of plastic modular belting to construct final product) and appropriate pricing.
• Promptly input orders in the computer system following ISO 9001-2000 guidelines.
• Verify the customer has an approved credit application and sufficient credit limit for the order. Coordinate with Accounting on credit issues.
• Provide pricing information using system knowledge.
• Verify customer orders for accuracy and create fabrication/shop orders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• Verify completed orders prior to shipping and escalate issues as needed.
• Notify customers of delays or issues and escalate conflicts when necessary.
• Report customer concerns to the Sales Representative.
• Process Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) and complete required documentation.

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
