Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance policies via phone, email, and in person.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about policy coverage, benefits, and changes.
  • Assist customers with policy endorsements, renewals, and claims inquiries.
  • Maintain detailed customer records and update account information accurately.
  • Process policy changes and assist with billing inquiries.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure seamless customer transitions.

Requirements
  • Have or be willing to obtain a P&C insurance license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A positive and friendly demeanor.
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and typing.
  • Ability to learn and retain information about insurance policies and procedures.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help.
