Customer Service Representative (Temporary)
Pay: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (May not be required)
 
We're looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting day-to-day front office operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
• Answer basic customer questions and provide general information.
• Verify customer information and complete basic intake procedures.
• Monitor schedules and assist with appointment related inquiries.
• Communicate professionally through email.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties assigned.
• Participate in training to learn office procedures and systems.

• Previous customer service, receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable greeting and assisting customers throughout the day.
• Strong computer skills, including email and basic office software.
• Ability to read and follow schedules accurately.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.
