The position offers a base pay of $15-$18/hr plus monthly performance bonuses, with medical, vision, and dental benefits. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service via calls and online inquiries, recommending moving services, scheduling and coordinating moves, completing paperwork, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction. The role also involves professionally handling concerns and assisting customers throughout the moving process.
Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, being drug-free, and a friendly, helpful demeanor.
