We are a family owned independent insurance agency seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls, client inquiries and service requests
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns for clients
Document and update client records based on interactions
Assist agency management and team members with clerical and administrative duties
NO COLD CALLING OR PROSPECTING

Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is a plus
