IDR is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves serving as the first point of contact for customers with various service-related inquiries. The position focuses on analyzing customer issues, providing solutions, and ensuring a high quality of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview for the Customer Service Representative:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email professionally and efficiently.
- Analyze and resolve service issues, ensuring timely and accurate solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address billing, remittance, pricing, and renewal requests.
- Manage customer accounts, reconcile information, and perform financial analysis.
- Support contract renewals and communicate clearly regarding account details.
Requirements for the Customer Service Representative:
- 2+ years of prior Energy Industry, Customer Service, Billing and/or Collections experience preferred.
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Ability to analyze information, solve problems and make quick, fact-based decisions.
- Ability to quickly gain proficiency in multiple systems which support service for customers.
