Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hour (higher pay may be considered for candidates with experience working in an FAA Repair Station)

Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers primarily through email regarding repairs, status updates, and general inquiries
- Provide basic inside sales support
- Prepare and send repair quotes
- Monitor and update job status information for customers
- Perform heavy data entry and maintain accurate records
- Utilize Microsoft Office programs to manage customer and job information
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Previous Customer Service Representative experience required
- Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
- Stable work history with demonstrated longevity in previous positions
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team
Work Environment
This position is located at a desk on a climate-controlled shop floor. Candidates should be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment while performing office-based customer service duties.
