What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs
- Assist with order placements, modifications, refunds, and exchanges
- Use phone communication to verify account details with customers
- Gather and record payment information along with addresses and contact details
- Recommend products and suggest upselling opportunities
- Support other departmental tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations
What You'll Bring

- Some prior customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Springfield, OR, with day shift hours Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
