Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of call center or phone-based customer service experience required
• Strong verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems while on calls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/call management systems
• Reliable attendance and strong time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment

Job Duties

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Assist customers with questions related to orders, returns, repairs, services, and account updates
• Accurately document all customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Process service requests and transactions with attention to detail
• De-escalate concerns using active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Meet or exceed call center performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and attendance
• Maintain current knowledge of products, policies, and procedures

What You Will Do

As a Customer Service Representative you will assist customers by answering questions, resolving concerns, processing requests, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely follow-up. You will communicate professionally across multiple channels while documenting interactions, supporting internal teams, and helping deliver a positive customer experience through accurate, responsive, and courteous service.
