We’re seeking two Customer Service Representatives to join our client’s manufacturing team in Virginia Beach. This role is a B2B, order management–focused customer service role supporting our sales and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in an ERP system, processing orders/quotes, and coordinating across internal departments in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries (phone/email) related to products, pricing, and delivery
- Process quotes to orders and enter/maintain orders in ERP system
- Review purchase orders for accuracy (pricing, terms, shipping, etc.)
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Production, Warehouse, and Credit teams
- Track and communicate order status, backlogs, and delivery updates
- Handle returns, credit memos, and credit applications
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Assist with shipping logistics and documentation
- Support upselling of accessories/parts where applicable
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of B2B customer service or order management experience
- Strong ERP experience (SAP preferred, but not required)
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders/tasks
- Comfortable in a manufacturing/industrial environment (not call-center focused profiles)
Hours:
- Monday - Friday 8AM to 430PM
