We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and supporting a busy office while building a career in the HVAC industry.
What You'll Do
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Schedule service and maintenance appointments
- Communicate with customers regarding appointments and schedule updates
- Assist with coordinating technician schedules and daily office operations
- Monitor administrative email and respond or route messages as needed
- Prepare documents, enter data, and maintain organized customer records
- Follow up with customers regarding service, maintenance, and scheduling needs
- Assist customers with past due balances and collect payments when appropriate
- Support the office team with daily administrative tasks
- Handle confidential information with professionalism
What We're Looking For
- Customer service, receptionist, or administrative office experience
- HVAC, construction, or service industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning new software and technology
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office software
- Professional communication with customers, vendors, and team members
- Reliable, dependable, and customer-focused
