Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with a positive attitude.
Provide information about insurance policies and agency services.
Assist customers with policy changes, payments, and general account maintenance.
Gather necessary information to process new applications or policy renewals.
Help resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently and courteously.
Maintain accurate customer records in our system.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in basic computer applications.
A friendly and helpful demeanor.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Familiarity with insurance terminology is a plus.
