We have an immediate opening for our Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team onsite in our Warminster, PA headquarters. Burpee is dedicated to providing our customers with an exceptional overall experience so we are seeking high energy, courteous, professional individuals for this highly important role. As a Customer Service Representative, you will support and attract potential customers by providing helpful information, answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services, and resolving complaints that are satisfactory to the customer.
The successful candidate for the Customer Service position will be detail-oriented, customer focused, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to follow up and follow through is critical in this role. Candidates must be flexible and able to work occasional evening and weekend hours during peak season.
Location: 300 Park Ave, Warminster PA. Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm. 100% Onsite.
