Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Location: Warwick, RI

Duration: 11/9/2026 - 5/8/2027

Responsibilities:

• Support customers with inquiries related to defined benefit annuities or pensions.
• Provide clear explanations of policy details, payments, and account status.
• Complete account maintenance requests such as direct deposit and address changes.
• Handle beneficiary and death notifications and assist throughout the claims process.
• Use AI enhancements to complete job tasks efficiently.
• Ensure professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or call center experience, preferably in financial services.
• Experience with Windows-based operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems during live customer interactions.
• Strong reliability through consistent attendance and adherence to schedules.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to clearly explain complex financial information in an understandable manner.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
