Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate information about services, campaigns, and promotions
Assist customers with requests, concerns, and basic issue resolution
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Support the team with administrative and coordination tasks
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Follow company guidelines and customer service standards
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
