We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team for a Temporary role. This role is onsite in Waukesha and responsible for providing outstanding customer experience by processing orders, generating quotations, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal departments and external sales teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in managing customer accounts while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.


Schedule: 8a.m.-4:30p.m. Monday through Friday
Wage: $24 to 27 per hour,Based on experience
**This is a 3 month temporary role onsite.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Process customer purchase orders, conduct contract reviews for technical and commercial terms, and coordinate necessary adjustments.
  • Translate customer specifications and quality requirements into detailed work instructions for supporting departments.
  • Manage customer complaints, returns, and follow-ups to ensure timely resolution.
  • Prepare and deliver customer quotations, collaborating with the engineering department when needed.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong customer service skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
  • Ability to review and interpret complex customer contracts and terms.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing.
  • Experience working with large-scale ERP systems. Manufacturing setting experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create basic spreadsheets as needed.
