LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Customer Support Specialist at our manufacturing client in Wayne, NJ.

Job Description: Job Overview

This role is responsible for Equipment management in support of Demo and loaner cameras. Customer/technical support for Vision Research sales and cross-functional departments to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability. Support for aftermarket sales opportunities as well as supporting proactive campaigns to existing customers with technical support and the management of Rental and Demo gear.

Job Responsibilities

• Sales channel and customer support activities.
• Work collectively with team members to support service initiatives and improvements through projects and assignments.
• Demo and loaner/rental inventory management and logistics

Necessary Skills/Talents

• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to represent the Vision Research brands in a professional and support manner with customers.
• 3+ years' experience in a role that is externally focused with end users and key customers supporting highly technical clients in a multi-tiered channel.
• Proficient with Service Cloud and ERP
• Must be able to effectively present and communicate information to customers in a professional and informative manner while managing expectations.
• Must be customer focused and supportive of business growth.
• Must possess strong organizational skills.
• Able to multi-task and handle the responsibilities in an environment with changing priorities with the ability to take on projects and manage and execute them to help develop the Service and support organization in a successful and positive manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to think strategically and analytically, with the versatility and agility required in a fast-paced, high performance work environment
• Comfortable working in cross functional, multi-cultural teams and a multi-national organization
• Position is onsite in our Wayne, NJ office.

Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
