What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the primary connection between customers, sales teams, and production operations. Your focus will be on providing outstanding support, managing orders accurately, and ensuring customers receive a best-in-class experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate production schedules to meet customer deadlines and business needs.
- Manage shipment logistics and expedite orders when necessary.
- Communicate with customers, sales representatives, and operations teams regarding order status, schedules, and updates.
- Process purchase orders, schedule changes, and rerun documentation.
- Monitor customer inventory levels and support margin objectives.
- Review production reports and maintain accurate records.
- Help identify and resolve quality concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support quality, safety, and environmental standards throughout daily operations.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer proficiency and experience entering data into business systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with order entry, customer service, or production scheduling.
- Manufacturing or print industry experience.
- ERP system experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management and production processes.
