Customer Service Representative

Trak group is partnering with a West Chester-based organization seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle order processing, including entry, inventory allocation, and shipping coordination
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, updates, and issue resolution
  • Handle customer requests, sample orders, and general inquiries in a timely, professional manner
  • Maintain and update customer records, order details, and system notes for accuracy and compliance

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of B2B customer service experience (distribution or manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong multitasking, organization, and time management skills in a high-volume setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High-energy, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
