Job Description: Join the inbound call center team at Pennsylvania One Call System, Inc., located in West Mifflin, PA! As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from homeowners, excavators, designers, and utility owners. You will be required to communicate empathetically with our customers to understand and address their needs.
