Customer Service Representative | $400/Week Base + Commission | Paid Training

About the Role

Sparta Networking is seeking Customer Service Representatives to assist customers with travel-related questions, scheduling needs, and reservation support. This is a full-time, in-office position offering paid training, a guaranteed weekly base pay, and the opportunity to earn additional income through commissions.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy talking with people, providing excellent customer service, and working in a professional team environment. No prior experience is required—training is provided for motivated candidates.

Compensation

• Guaranteed base pay of $400 per week
• Commission paid in addition to the weekly base pay
• Weekly pay
• Paid training

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Assist customers with travel-related questions and reservation details
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through available options
• Follow established call scripts, procedures, and service guidelines
• Enter customer information and notes into company systems
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience on every call
• Collaborate with team members to support daily operations

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to follow processes and learn new systems
• Must be at least 18 years old

Available Schedules

Morning Shift: Monday – Friday | 9:45 AM – 5:00 PM

Evening Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
